Facebook uses Artificial Intelligence to automatically offer suggestions to you by surfacing an article it thinks you'll find interesting or using advertisements to target different brands based on your liking. Personally, this source has been tremendously helpful. Although I do not have a Facebook, I am an active user of Instagram. I use Instagram to follow the most popular fashions and cosmetics of today. This provision of Artificial Intelligence allows me to surface an infinite number of brands due to its suggestions, instead of narrowing my options to one-- which is a great enhancement for developing creativity with different brands. This is another form of Post Humanism because A.I is studying my interests and resurfaces other items that I adore. Therefore it is easy to conclude that it assists me in my daily decision making. It does seem as if Artificial Intelligence is the inclusion of a network between humans and A.I because it aids in decision making and provides suggestions tailored to a persons interests. But I don't think we are close to Vernor Vinge’s inflection point solely because we don't visibly have A.I present to determine whether or not it will be a detriment to the human species. It is understandable that A.I has a competitive advantage with the goal of dominating. Although it is very likely that despite the government creating A.I it does have the possibility of outsmarting humans and taking advantage of the sources available to them in regards to building a whole another civilization. But so far, I can only vindicate that A.I has only been a beneficial thing because of how effective it has been in aiding human beings through the uses of technology.

You bring up some good points, I used to have a Facebook and now I realize that this was true in my experience, it hooks you and grabs your attention because you are looking at new things but in the same genre of things you enjoy to view. I have noticed that you really do like cosmetics you always find a way to talk about it which is good because on your spare time I bet that is all you do either search up new products or go shopping for new things to wear. Better than being at home doing nothing :) I agree that so far AI has only been beneficial for us and has been pretty good in mostly every field up to this point. I hope it continues to serve this way and great post.
